CONGRATULATIONS!!

Courtney Toliver, Daquan Graham, Diamond Kennedy, Jamier Gosset, and Angelicka Davis recieved SUPERIOR ratings as they captured the Regional History Day Competition in the Performance Category. Competitions were held at the National Bean Market on March 13, 2012. These students will travel to Columbia, SC on April 28, 2012 to compete for the National History Day Competition at the State Level. If successful, they will go to Maryland to compete with schools from across the nation. Please join us as we hope for total success as they compete for the state title on Saturday!  


Students traveled to the College of Charleston on Saturday, February 18, 2012, to participate in the SCMEA Solo and Ensemble Festival. The LCCPA Concert Choir received a rating of EXCELLENT. The LCCPA Lady Eagle Chorale received a rating of EXCELLENT as well. There were also three soloist who performed for the judges with Zandra McNair earning an EXCELLENT PLUS and Victoria McClary earning an EXCELLENT in the Middle School Division. Angelika Davis earned an EXCELLENT rating in the high school division. That's 5 EXCELLENTS!!

LCCPA 9th Graders Win Regional National History Day Competition

LCCPA 9th Graders Advance to State Level Competition in the National History Day Competition. They won the Senior Performance Category for their performance routine: "Denmark Vesey's Revolt From Slavery."
